The District Team
The District team consist of Commissioners and District Leaders.
The District Commissioner and their Deputy District Commissioner(s), along with the District Youth Commissioner, sets the direction of the district.
The District Youth Commissioner is someone between the age of 18 and 25 who represents the youth focus on the district team. They may have Deputy District Youth Commissioners.
Assistant District Commissioners support the district in their area of responsibility. They may have help from district leaders.
The District Explorer Scout Commissioner and District Scout Network Commissioner lead and support their respective sections.

We’re excited to announce that Dwayne Fields, adventurer and TV presenter, is the UK’s new Chief Scout
Dwayne’s been appointed as our 11th Chief Scout to lead our half a million young people and adult volunteers for his values, commitment to help young people, and outstanding leadership qualities. During his time as Chief Scout, Dwayne aims to inspire even more young people and adult volunteers to join from all backgrounds.
